Braxton 22 Months

Braxton's partner in crime.

Braxton loves to help me take out the trash, he drags it to the door for me.

Braxton loves his hats, he likes to put them on first thing in the morning.

Spiderman can do all things...loves to help me do laundry.

He is a great smiler.

Spiderman feed Lexie too.

He is always proud of his hard work.

More love from his sis.
Braxton is now a toddler...no more baby...well, he will always be my baby. He is full of energy and into everything. He loves to play with his sisters. He loves to play dress-up, babies and Barbies. He like the Handy Mandy tool set too, and loves toys that make noise. He likes little Tikes cars and racetracks. He still loves me to hold him, which makes me happy, except at dinner. Braxton no longer cares for a highchair, so keeping him in his seat at dinner had become difficult. Braxton is still in his crib, not crawling out yet, so I'm happy not fighting the in and out of bed thing. This couple months Braxton has really started talking up a storm: "chipmunks" (his favorite movie is Alvin and the Chipmunks), calls the girls "sis" (can say Hadley and Brooklyn, but not Sam yet,) "football" he points to the TV and says it when he see football on (makes daddy happy,) "dog," "thank you," "butt, butt" (he says this one too much,) "no, no" (especially at bedtime,) "duck" (loves to play duck, duck, goose,) "yes," "sorry," and many more, but these are the ones he is consistently saying. At this point Braxton is spending at least one minute a day in the time out chair. He has a little temper and is throwing things when he gets mad, and even biting his sisters when he wants a toy. Braxton loves all the girls, but seems to have a special bond with Brooklyn. In fact, yesterday when he emptied a jar of candies on the floor, I got mad at him and Brooklyn went over to console him and tell him it was ok. Brooklyn would never do that to Hadley, but she has taken Braxton under her wing and adores him. Braxton's newest talent is opening doors, which means he is in the pantry all day. Braxton is still getting one, two hour nap a day. I love to read to him and have him fall asleep in my arms. It is the best time to cuddle! I love my boy, he is a sweet little guy.
